Well lets just say I had a wire harness meltdown, the lead wires feeding the voltage reg literally melted, I am not sure what or how I managed to cause this but it happened. It seems to have fried my ECU, pump and fan continuously run with key off. The problem I can't seem to figure out is starter related. The starter doesnt seem to get power at all, can the ECU cause this also? Could it be the solenoid? I do not get the clicking sound from the solenoid anymore. The only electrical that really seems to be working atm is headlights, when key is in 2nd position, assuming fuse in in. Any help or info would be appreciated thanks.

Sounds like you cross connected the two 2 conductor connectors down where the solenoid and battery are. They have identical connectors and can easily be cross connected. The easiest way to know what is what is to match the heavy gauge wires to the same on the harness and the thinner gauge wires together. At this point you need to replace some parts.....
