Timing problems

I need some help on Timon my motor back, I've looked around and all I can find is some brief descriptions on timing the motor properly, I need just a quick in down on it, help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Well is there somewhere I can look to update my motor, I have a 02 blaze, and the motor still in great shape but like we all noticed on the sick motors that it's alot of bolts coming loose well I just need some kind of list To go by the motor has been out for a little over 2 years everything is in good working order I just figured now I have time to put back together since returning from Iraq
