Not started in years.

My new Cannibal hasn't been started in years. What all should I do before I try to start it?
I plan on changing the oil. Putting new gas battery and spark plug in. Anything else?

Bad gas and ethanol are your two worst enemies. I would just do everything like normal to start her up. If you have issues, then troubleshoot. Make sure your new battery is fully charged or have a boost box close by.
