I've just recently completed the rebuild of this motor, everything seems great with great throttle response until it hiccups through the midrange. To me it feels like a loss of fuel and then it kicks in when you get past it and the top end is great as well, I don't think it's the maps because I have tried a few different ones that I have. Just looking for some input on what it may be..

I would best describe it as feeling like the kill switch is being pressed for a second then it picks back up and it's fine through the rest of the throttle travel

Hook up the D@M and slowly move the throttle from idle to full and watch the TPS readings (engine off). If they flutter at all the TPS may have a dead spot in it.
