Speed dies while idling

So yesterday while starting up my speed and running it in the driveway, which I do every 3 weeks or so it starts running rough and then dies. I try to restart it and nothing happens. It's been starting hard since it needs a throttle cal but normally runs great once it's started. Help, I really want to do the group ride. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bill

If all else fails,You know you can bring it to the ride and someone will look at it.

Bill, bring it by Tim's on the way out we will get her going for you and do the throttle cal. If not I will have the laptop with me at the ride.

Also consider checking injector spray. Though throttle cal is hugely important. Have had a quad that runs fine one day be a pain and dying while doing it's occasional start ups from storage like what you said. Clogged injector was the culprit more than once.
