valve shim size?

Engine, intake, exhaust, EFI, chain, sprockets, etc.

what size does the x440s use for valve shims

im thinking one of my exhaust valves is out of speck cuz i only have 60-70 psi compression


and when it cranks over you can hear poping out the exhaust

That comp reading is temporarily decompressed during the slow turnover speed.. that 60-70 should be enough to start a machine though.
Be aware that as the valve clearance at the decomp lobe gets tighter, the amount of decomp is greater.

Shims are a rather common (9.83mm is it?)... same as many Honda Suzuki. Is the flywheel notch straight up to 12 o'clock when the piston is at TDC? That is a quick check when the plug is out anyway, to rotate the piston to TDC with the flywheel, and look for the "C" on the flywheel to point to the spark plug. That can sometimes be off a few degrees only from a partial spin of the flywheel.
