Throttle response

I did boomers intake kit. Re mapped and recalled the throttle body. Thanks to boomer did new injectors new fuel line. Clean fuel pressure regulator. New fuel filter. Gutted quick disconnects. Turn idel screw in and out no different. Lights on lights off no changes. Starts idols some time it will pulse engine rpm but it idols pretty good. But when I blip the throttle it just doesn't rev. Intake sucks air in. U can here it but It doesn't rev. If I keep blipping the throttle then some times it will rev. I am at a total loss and tired of sinking money into it. Here is a video

Bad Throttle Position Sensor?

If not that, then it definitely seems fuel related. Are both injectors firing? Do both sprays look about the same?

Boomer just checked my trottle body and yes both brand new injectors are firing..
