Hi ??? My 2003 clutch master cylinder is seeping fluid ??? not at the hose connection but at the plunger and a lil past by cap weep hole. Can anyone tell me the best way to rebuild this and what parts or kit I will need to order exactly?

Also, any idea if you can buy a new threaded adjuster? The red knob on mine fell off somehow.

Thanks!

I don't know about rebuilding the original but a ktm master cylinder will work to replace it (that is what l used on my atk)

I have the red adjusters, and complete cdale Magura master cylinders with lever, at much cheaper than KTM's fyi -- since we have robbed the slave cylinders off of them for that other common problem.

As for adjusting the red wheel, the steel plunger should never indent past the left edge of it. Any turning past that point just eventually pushes off the wheel, since the plunger has run out of travel. Maybe also check for needed refilling of the clutch stack with some fresh plates.
