Are all the injectors the same between the bikes and the quads I just picked up the x440 that was in the for sale section have injector pulse and fuel pressure but no spray I've got a extra set for the quad I'm a summing there stuck bike hadn't been run since 03 or has anyone had any luck cleaning them

The qaud injecters are the same as the bike.

I had luck with a stuck pair before putting them in carb cleaner to soak overnight. Sprayed well after doing that and some high pressure air through them.

I have had a few with stuck pintles before and all were freed by just sticking a long screwdriver up against the plastic body and giving a quick tap with something light (not a hammer). Never had to remove and clean. Once they get spraying the fresh fuel will dissolve the varnish in a minute or 2 .

Thanks for all the help got em free runs good now it's time for a valve cover and water pump impeller
