Kinda need help and advice

Sup all, i recently picked up a dale and have been working on getting it ready to rock. So it cranks up and will idle but smokes like a mofo, anyone dealing with that? Also if i have the swing arm up on a jack the tires spin when its put in gear. When i set it back on the ground it doesnt move like the clutch isnt engaging or something. Any advice or help would be awesome...if anyone still uses this site anymode. Ill try n post a pic of this bad boy as well.

Oil burning could be from hydrolock seepage, and may dissipate. If it continues (bluish smoke), well the motor might have to come out.

For the clutch, block up the left side and remove clutch cover, and work the clutch lever while watching movement.. then maybe take pics, pick up phone 480-980-5767 tks Dave good luck
