I have a couple questions about motor maintainance got a couple question!

How often do you guys change your oil and stuff. Im getting new cannondale saturday and need to now about the motor. what kind of coolants you guys run? what kind of oil? i usually run 20-50 castorol.how often uns change oil? what problems do i have to worry about?
help appreciated.

I change the oil about every 10 hours and use Redline 10w40 in the motor and Shockproof in the tranny. Whatever oil you choose I reccomend full synthetic. Use either Engine Ice or Evans coolant, the valve cover will corode if you don't change it over from the factory stuff.
There are several updates you should do: Motor mount, Crankcase cartridge plate, breather routing, battery tray. All of the official factory tech bulletins with instructions are in the tech section of this site.
