Cannondaleriders

The other day i went to start the cannonbomb up and it wouldnt crank or anything so i checked all the wires and found that the main fuse was blown so i put a new one in and as soon as i would plug the fuse in smoke and foam would come out of the power side of the fuel pump. AND THIS WAS RIGHT BEFORE A RACE so i ran to my buddies house got a fuel pump hooked it up and it ran fine and i won the race that day fastest overall and fastest 2wd


JUST WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THERE FUEL PUMP OR WHAT CAUSED IT??????

Not good to hear about smoke coming out of a FUEL pump. I haven't heard of anybodies doing that. I had one that would run and pump fuel but only like 10 psi.

today i hooked a battery charger up to the fuel pump ran fine (but i guess a battery charger dont put out as much power as the atv does, and the pump wasent under any load) so who knows its a cannonbomb thing
