Just a follow up from my overheating troubles.
After getting a lot of good suggestions from here, this is what I did.
1. Changed the coolant back to Engine ICE.
2. Stood the quad on its iend for awhile.
3. Loosened the top right bolt to bleed any air out of the system.
So finally I got to ride, I've got about a 2 mile loop at the house and I ran 10 laps, pushing it to try and get it to overheat.
It never shut down, When I stopped, I felt of both hoses and they were both about the same temperature. So it appears that the problem is solved.
I'll know for sure next weekend at the GNCC at Loretta Lynns in Tenn. The quad should survive, I hope that I can.
Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on what to do,

CANNONDALE Keep the faith.

Race day is 4/17/04.
Pros run the afternoon race which I think starts at 1:00.
So anytime before that. So ever how much time you want to spend wandering around to make new friends is up to your schedule.
Its a great gathering of racers, so be there and enjoy.
