Cannondaleriders

well theres this little black box thing next to my battery with two red (positive) wires coming from the battery and the fuel pump i believe well anyways when i plug in my charger the little black box clattered and shakes way loud it just started doing this this morning, plz tell me what to do and what i can do about it and where i can get a new starter relay if i need one or what ever its called.

hmm. I think that if you short out the starter it will do that. Are you touching anything else other than the leads on the battery?
