Sprockets and Chain

#1 Post by Ryanstones »

I need em all and need some advice. What brand, material has worked for you? Good dealers? I'm planning to run some XC this year. Should I change the ratio/teeth?
Thanks

If you want the best, it sounds to me like you'd want to be calling the folks at sidewinder! I've never used their sprockets, but only because my pockets weren't that deep! That Ti/moly set they have sounds like the ticket for long term durability.

I have a buddy that bought the Sidewinder Survivor Series front and rear sprockets and chain. He's ridden on them very hard over the last two years and only adjusted his chain two or three times. He rides a stock 400EX and weighs about 185. I think he dropped close to $300.00 for all of it. Its well worth it!!!!

Good Luck!!!
