problem with motor please help

ok today i raced my first harescramble at parkhills MO and my 03 cannibal would die if you i got on it real hard and then let off it didnt matter if the clutch was in or not. also every time it would die the fan would be on is that normal. if not what could it be thanks

I would guess your idle is set too low.

Fan running afterr shutoff is normal, if it's hot. As for dieing after comming off the throttle, I'd lean towards idle rpm, too.
