Well I assembled my engine this past weekend, & fired it up on Sunday (9/26). It was darn good to have Timbomoose pushing me along, next time leave the fork at home..:wow
After a quick major richening up the map, it was off to a gentlle 1 hour breakin. Drained the oil, pulled out the filter, twas o so clean.

WOW talk about POWER. This engine never stops pulling:head: Darn Smoooth too.

Here's the Timbomoose, 465 Monster Motor laundry list.
New connecting rod made by Timbomoose
New 2MM stroker crankpin (63MM) by Timbomoose
New 97MM piston & sleeve,( Millenniun Nikisil)
Air box mod by Timbomoose
Throttle body mod by Timbomoose
Injector re-angle by Timbomoose
Intake port totally reshaped by Timbomoose
Combustion chamber reshaped by Timbomoose
2 crankshaft halfs remachined ('03) by Timbomoose
Modified neutral, I can actually find it now... by Timbomoose
Da good 5th gear, installed by Timbomoose
13:1 compression ratio by Timbomoose
Z400 crank bearing, discovered by Timbomoose

BTW has anyone noticed the Z400 bearings are always out of stock. I need some more.

Uh, no, unless you want me to bring some boxes of parts. I am waiting on a timbo crank now for one of my motors. I guess I will be one of the next test dummies. :usa
