440c Dirtbike STALLS,WONT START BACK UP

I HAVE A 440C DIRTBIKE,IT SEEMS TO RUN GREAT WHEN YOU FIRST START IT.BUT AFTER I RIDE IT FOR 25-45 MINUTES IT WILL EATHER STALL OR EVEN IF I SHUT IT OFF THE THING WILL NOT START UP.SOMETIMES IT WILL START AFTER A FEW HOURS SOMETIMES NOT TILL THE NEXT DAY

but it sounds like maybe its overheating and the computer is not letting it start back up....

I'm about 30 minutes away from you. I'm in the Warren area right around Newton Falls/Leavittsburg. I'll take a look if you want. Oh yea, my # is 330-307-6723. There is also a shop with the D&M kit right around the corner.
