Blaze muffler changing colors?

my stock blaze muffler is changing colors. its turing like a rainbow color and it melted the rubber gasket, why is it getting so hot.

Thats what happens with a Ti pipe. It looks cool.

Mine did that the first time I took it to the dunes, I was running it pretty hard and noticed the rainbow color on it, and have been through a couple rubber pieces also, but if you were running it like you usually ride it and this is the first time it's done it, you might have another issue on your hands. If you have the d&m, you might want to check and see what temperature it's running at.
