Is getting cold around here. too cold to ride anymore.
What kind of prep should I do so nothing bad happens to the engine in the next few months.
Drain fluids?
Drop motor?
I have no idea what to do, but i heard you are not just supposed to let'em sit for a long time without doing anything to them.

If you are really worried about it drain the oil and fluids. You don't have to drop the motor unless you are planning to do some work on it. I would definitely at least start going over all the bearings and such.

I would put fresh oil in it,drain the gas or add stabilizer to it, fog the motor and remove the battery and put it on a battery tender.Like Derno said bearings and swingarm/a-arm pivots for sure will need grease at least.

I guess you aren't used to clothes instead just add another loin cloth! Keep the nads warm in cold weather!
