is there any difference in any aftermarket exhaust system for the Dale. What im trying to ask is ....like the other 450's do aftermarket exhaust perform differently or because of the fuel injection do they all perform the same??

When ever an exhust is changed you should always rejet, in our case you need a D&M kit and lap top.

They do perform differently, but that is due to the length of the can. HMF appears to be the longest. I think they give a good overall performance increase. The TC pipe has good bottom end hit and decent overall performance.

the reason im asking i now have a hmf Ti exhaust and was looking in a summit racing catalog and saw a 4'' supertrap(looks like a tc)and could be put on my head pipe with no mods.Would an exhaust being this short hurt anything??

No as this is the Tc exhaust. A nac' map would be best.

You don't need a d&m yet as the moto map will work with that exhaust.

I was just trying to say that when you change the way the motors can breath you should check your settings. You may have to richen it up a bit.
