Won't Start / Nothing

I turn the key and NOTHING... I went out and bought a new battery and charged it up threw it in the quad, turned the key on and NOTHING!! Neither battery works , so I can rule out the battery.

Now What???

At the last race , last year, same thing went and turned it off to talk to the folks then turned the key right back back on and NOTHING...

The fuel pump doesn't turn on. What a bummer, I start the race season next week and....

1.Quad wont start.
2.03' Silencer won't fit on the 03' Bill's silencer.
There's less than 1/2 inch between the end of the headpipe and the subframe.

I can only guess that I have a bent subframe since the headpipe is new.

Any help would be great help!!!

Do you have a tether? If so make a jumper wire to eliminate the tether. My teather wires were loose and my quad did nothing, like you are describing.

I had bullet connectors on mine, so it could plug into the wiring harness. They were loose at the bullet connectors. They are now soldered.

Nope.sad.gif

I'd suggest checking for power at and through the switch with a voltmeter. At the same time you'll be checking those bullet connectors dalewannabe mentioned.
