I heard the exact same thing from someone here in New York.

I've heard it, but don't believe it.

dirt is correct, atvs fall under the same catagory as automobiles and manufactures have to have parts availabile for 10 years after the last unit produced. the way i understand it, the law applies even with a chapter 11 is filed, im not 100% on that though. thats a moot point though, cannondale will continue we will find out by when at the end oof this month
