250r Brakes

#1 Post by theJeStEr1340 »

Alright, so 250r A-arms don't work, anybody tried 250r front brakes? the dual piston calipers make much more stopping power with a lot less pull. My hands get fatigued in races and pulling the brake gets hard and kinda scary when you are going into a corner faster than you want, cant pull in the clutch to use the rear brakes much and it hurts to pull the front brakes.

I am going to get a set of 250r calipers and see if they will fit, but was wondering if anyone had tried this?

I almost believe you can use them. I'm going to switch over soon. I'm not sure if you can just drill new holes in the caliper mounting plate or not. I believe Walsh sells these mounting plates ready to bolt on. I like the lever and master cylinder a whole lot better too.

I am thinking about just drilling another hole in our mounting bracket.
