i posted before and it wasnt the problem, so here goes.Bike will crank and every once in a while ill get a small flame that comes out the tail pipe, not a back fire.Good spark(i have 3 coils) 2 new plugs, good fuel flow and still nothing.Shoot it with starting fluid and not even a small burp???After i tried to start i took some stuuf apart and found that the bypass actuator on the throttle body is real hot is this normal?Would this cause my quad to not run?Some help would be geat

have you done a compression test?

nope, dont have those tools.The weird thing is this thing ran when i put it up on the stand???

Not sure if you can see or not but is the throttle bypass open or closed?

Check the fuse, and the 2 little wires coming from the clutch, change the plug?

checked the fuse and changed the plug, the 2 wires on the clutch side???ill have to look at that

The clutch switch and wires should be fine, because it won't even turn over if there is a problem with that.
