I have some from ASR coming, is summit cheaper and do you have a part # by chance for the black ones?
FYI, I've noticed the black ASR heims rust rather quickly, compared to the same looking heims with a silver zinc coating ... something to question them about. For black, you might just be better to paint the silver ones.
Maybe so, unless a third variation is out there. I had thought the silvery ones looked like zincplate, but I could easily have mistaken those or confused them with a set of "UGLYS" in here. But anyway, 2 different quads with ASR black heims were rusty.
All my joints were stainless and unpainted . My arms are also 3 or 4 years old. 3/4 stainless hiems are big bucks so I could see why they went el cheapo.
..Im not sure if the blk ones look good for a wile or not,i have only seen them but never used them ...You can go to summitracing and look them up..there are tons of differents one on there..Also mcmaster.com has some also..SS ones arent going to be cheep but if i had the money id go for them.
You should not need heims, they are coming with them and they are stainless. The balljoints, tierods, and frame mounts are all heim joints and are in great shape. :usa
