460 kit.... w/ stroke crank?
460 kit.... w/ stroke crank?
Can you use the 460 kit offered at Blackwidow with a stroked crank? What would the numbers look like? What would the CC be then?
I have to do the crank bearing mod and was thinking about beefing up the Dale at the same time since I have the motor out.
ANd is there a service manual like Hanes or Chilton that breaks down the tear down and reassembly of the motor?
Thanks everyone.

The "450 & 460" kits are designed to be used with the stock type crank and rod assembly. As the Falicon crank uses the same deck height as stock, this will work. Where you will have a problem is when you use a custom made piston for a stroker crank with the stock rod length. (The Falicon uses a rod that is shorter the same length as 1/2 the stroke, thus the same deck height) What actually happens is the piston goes the same height as stock, but pulls the piston lower the entire stroke amount due to the shorter rod.

But... Let's remember that you no longer have the WWE piston. When Tim tried to mill it, he accidentally cut into the ring groove while cutting a valve pocket.
You can use the WWE 450 and 460 kits, but you should do it with the Falicon stroker crank. The pistons just won't accept having 2mm cut off their tops.
