I have had these on the quad for about 2 1/2 years, and there are no bolts holding them.

you can't drill the center hole. You cut the tab out of the center hole then bend it strait back, after you have the fit perfect you install and bend it over behind the spindel

I believe I took the bracket that holds the caliper off to do the prior step. then I cut out for the caliper and when you put the caliper on it holds the shield tight.

Sorry it took so long to post the pics. had to barrow a camera figure out how to use it the figure out how to get them here

I make these LED tail lights. The one on my quad was the first one. I now have several models.

Donations will be made to the site, if you want one.

Mine

Others

Outside of that, Eyeball Engineering +2 a-arms and stem, PEP ZPS shocks. Most aluminum polished. Picture at the first link.

NEW, NEW, NEW look at signature for upcoming mod.

Oil Pressure Gauge

This can mount very rigid at the top starter bolt, or used as a portable test unit. I like it mounted onboard -- very revealing so far!!

...convenient disconnect and swivel. The next version will be a barmount gauge, with thin profile stainless braid line, like the magura line or brakeline.
