Id say fullbore is the way to go right now, your options are kind of limited. Cdalechick just recently got some white fullbores.

if I'm going to spend 700$+- on fullbore I might as well spend the extra $ for a 250r kit?

Good luck finding one, they only come up once in a blue moon on here, and when they do chances are you will be at the back of the line.
