our team is going to have matching quads for next year and I need to know what my options are for white plastic for my atk?

Fullbore, maybe Laker, or Armok's favorite...Krylon plastic paint.

Id say fullbore is the way to go right now, your options are kind of limited. Cdalechick just recently got some white fullbores.

if I'm going to spend 700$+- on fullbore I might as well spend the extra $ for a 250r kit?

Good luck finding one, they only come up once in a blue moon on here, and when they do chances are you will be at the back of the line.
