Heres a pic of the common symtom of sticky bucket disease. The cam has no wear yet but it wouldnt be to long before this bucket would have a hole in it .

Kara I think I know why your clutch was acting funny. The cam on the pivot shaft was worn out and all the little chunks of metal that broke off were jammed up into the bearing .

On a great note. Your quad has the old style swirl polished valves. Nice. I will install a new one in the hole that had the sticky bucket but the rest will be reused.
The rod had .0015 " wear on the edges so its getting a new one. You must have done a real good job keeping the oil changed and air filter clean because the cyllinder was perfect.
