Hey Fellas

Ever since I got this engine for some reason the transmission opil won't show up in the window..

Sometimes it does..sometimes it doesn't.

And i know its in there cause when i drain it, it all comes out..so what gives?

Also there looks to be a lil moisture in the window..is that just between the 2 pieces of glass?

How much oil are you putting in? I use the sight window to judge how much tranny oil to put in. Unless you have a leak somewhere you should keep filling until you can see the oil.

Did you try removing the clutch cover and cleaning the window?

Maybe its past the top of window.Tilt the quad a bit.I fill mine right to top of window and need to tip it a little to see the level. With our stacked gear clusters (one rides in oil top one doesnt)its a good idea to fill right to top of sight glass.Even though we have a pump and spraybar those are awful small holes to rely on.Some 450X Honda Bikes have been burning up the upper cluster from guys running the oil low.

Same here..about 3/4 of a quart just to the top of the fight glass window.
