ORINGS
The orings in your quick disconnect fitting are probably swelled up
disconnect your fuel line from your gas tank and remove the quick disconnect fitting from the tank. Take the fitting appart and there is an internal o ring around a little white plastic nipple. remove the oring and put the fitting back together. and put in back in the tank.
now without the oring your tank will leak gas when it is not connected. but it will not leak when it is connected.
when you connect the gas line back to the tank make sure you put the plastic nipple thing and spring in there or it wont work.

quick disconnect
You unhook the quick disconnect by squ3eezing the litthe leaver on the top fitting and pull the bottom fitting appart. and then unscrew the fitting from the tank and then you can see the oring after you get it off the tank. its kinda hard to dig the oring out but after you do make sure you put the white nipple and spring back in the fitting before you connect the gas line
