Flowrate-lower is richer affects mostly w/o throttle but slightly affects low range
Offset-lower is leaner idle/lowrange
But you said all this started AFTER doing a throttle cal.So it ran fine before?If that is case and those were numbers which you had in there thats what needs to stay.If not and its possible the numbers arent what was in there when it ran good then you need to start trying different numbers.Get it running as well as you can then do plug checks or go to dyno with AFR.For a stock motor I would start at 2600 flowrate.
