You wont ever get that.At some point brand name becomes a mute point since almost everything is aftermarket.Nitrous,Blowers,Turbo all make engine size and brand a mute point.Sorry but factory cars being compared is as real as your ever going to get cause after that it becomes a game of modifications and dialing in and most of all $$$.None of that has anything to do with if its a chevy or ford,VW,Toyota,etc even.
Well, king would have to be Mopar then. All Top Fuel engines are based off of a big block hemi style block.
Claas, I think the new Z06 is the king of the 1/4 for domestics now. Mid 11's as I recall...
There is definately no clear cut better or faster brand overall.Both can be very very fast. It's a matter of choice. The Chevy vs. Ford vs. Mopar debate will rage on forever. lol

I would agree. Had a '63 nova with a 450hp stroker 350. Loved that car.
