Looks like you need some major items . The case should be salvageable with some thread hole repair. Did you split the crank yet?

i got a flywheel puller 2 days ago and finished taking the motor apart.thats as far as i got. when i found the fx400 motor i thought it would be a good investment for now or later.i'm figuring that this is going to be a project that will take some time and money.but i like the cannondale enough to continue with it.
