Different thumb throttle ?

I don't realy like the stock thumb throttle.

What are my options ?

I have a Domino Twist Throttle on mine.

I have a Terry Cable aluminum thumb throttle. It has an adjustable stop and seems to work good. It was on the quad when I got it.

DS650 is pretty close to the same as stock, except cover and maybe the crank, otherwise it looks identical.

Can't you use any thumb throttle as long as it has the same range of motion?

I use a Suzuki thumb throttle on it. It fits right up.

I have tried twist throttle but I don't like it.

With a Suzuki thumb throttle, do you mean from a Z400 or LTR450 ? Can I use the stock Cannondale throttle cable ?

I believe the one on mine is a z400.
