I am talking with CV-4 to get colored radiator hoses made. they need anywhere from 75-100 to break even and colors need to be made in batches of 25-40. check out their site www.cv4.net I am first going to send them a set of our radiator hoses and see if they don't have any that could be cut to fit, thanks to Neil or cdale55. I will keep everyone posted.

There must be some that could be cut to size for ours?
That will be looked into as soon as I get the hoses next week.

The Muzzy Kawasaki team used to use the clear heat rated hoses with the white high pressure netting built into them, the kind you get at Lowe's, and then fill them with bright green coolant. Something like that should suffice and cost about $20. Then run water and whatever dye additive you wanted.... Colored fluid would look neater than colored hoses, in my opinion. But, I am all for more Dale aftermarket!

The problem with those is they are not bent, that is what makes these hoses "special" that 180 degree bend from the coolant bottle to the radiator would kink and so would a few others.
