Thanks for all the info guys....

I need to find out exactly what hoops I need to jump through first, the organisers here seem to have very little understanding of their own regs!

A quote....... 'random drive-by noise testing will be performed.....' No mention of what the noise level is allowed to be, or how far from the machine the test is to be performed, and quite how they plan to decide WHICH of the twenty passing machines is the noisy one I can't seem to figure out....

Ah well.....
