I am looking for a stock 03 headpipe in good condition. I would take a complete exhaust also.

Thanks.

To be honest, I have never looked at the prices on 'dale exhaust systems. I really just need the head pipe, but I will take the can too if the price is right.

I thought the longer runner headers were better performers? The ones with the merged collector right before the last bend by the outlet? I believe the ones I am referring to are the 02 headers, correct? Has anyone compared them on the dyno?

Isn't the header shown above for an aftermarket can? I thought all the stock headers had a rearward facing outlet, so the toaster could clamp right up, no midpipe required....

Now that I look at it, it looks like my stock FX header.

That pictured header is the so-called '02 header (from '01 and '02).
The good thing about them is that they fit directly to the HMF! We don't mind running them, and it beats having to adapt-weld the '03 header just for the longer runners. Any dyno comparisons might be splitting hairs between the genuine HMF header, the '02 header, or an adapted '03 header, and plenty of guys are using quiet cores anyway. You'll see a 468 stroker at St. Anthony with the '02 header and HMF. Eric is getting finished up this weekend, and heading out from here on Wed PM for the Father's Day Ride.
