Interesting disassembly technique... You could reinstall the cradle and swingarm and it will probably sit on that stand as intended... smile.gif

2002 Moto right?

I have the same jack...love it. I blew the seal on it when I tried to lift my old Winnebago.... It didn't like that.

Yeah, that's a clean machine! Looks like its brand new!

My technique is to leave the front wheels on and support the back at the grab bar with a ratchet strap up to the ceiling joists. Works good and lets you wiggle the chassis around when removing/installing the motor.

D@m that thing is clean!!!

OOOppppsss, I see a little rust on the bottom of the steering stem at the clamp bolts! Better tighten that thing up! It originally had some black rubber caps to cover that nut and come up about 1/2" on that tube.

LOL,......... yep those ugly T-bushings are a real distraction! ....this could be an emergency! laugh.gif

Anyway, I have plenty of those glossy black undercaps handy. I like to slightly notch them to fit up tighter against the bead weld, and then run a skinny black ziptie around each -- they never fall off.
