Thanks, I guess I cant figure out why the two vent lines don't get fill with oil from the frame?

Its seperated on right side by the junction of the two main rails or the casting at the junction.

Show us the other end of this piece- the right side angled spar with the 2 vent lines. That should show an oil reservoir that's separate from the rest of the oil system. The 45???? cast piece between the horizontal extruded section where we fill the oil should separate the angled extruded piece and create the reservoir that's used in the vent system. Did that make sense?

Here is an eddited photo showing where the frame was cut, the section with the shock mount does not connect to anything, I think the post where you quoted the photo shows what you you were asking for.

Sorry the text box doid not turn out so well, it says "this casting seperates the vent section from the engine oil section"

Are you saying the vent lines have nothing to do with the oil side of the frame,so if we wanted we could unhook the vent lines in the frame and if it filled with dirt it wouldn't get mixed with the oil?
