Rebuilt my Glamis with Moto suspension this last week. Took the Moto bearings out and installed my polyurethane bushings designed to fit the Moto suspension. Now I need to ride a bunch to see how they hold up.
Was a nice day on the Oregon dunes today!!
(yes my plastic is taped up. I have new plastic but have not installed it yet)

I was thinking about commenting about a problem I've had with adding zerks to my stock, non-moto, a-arms with the zerks hitting the metal sleeve. In post#16, there's a pic of the A-Arm. Is that a small spacer added to the zerk to raise it up a little? I had been grindig the back off the zerk, but occasionally go too far and release the spring. I assume the spacer is a stock part, are they an industry standard item, or custom C'dale part?
