i just bought two new NGK's from NAPA at $7 a piece and i didn't even get 30 mins of run time and the one fouled out.
i was wondering if anyone was running something other than a NGK plug. i always have trouble with NGK's but NAPA didn't have anything that would interchange.
any suggestions would be helpful.

What kind of trouble are you always having with ngk's .
I've been using them exclusivly since day one and they have never failed in any engine. Fouling plugs is a tuning issue, oil ,or weak coil not a plug issue. You should be using cr8ek in cannondale engines not the 9 or 10.

Sorry to drag this up again, but my dale fouls plugs for a pastime. Coil is fine and been modified, oil is good and not overfilled, the only thing I can think of is that I've not been following the start procedure correctly?
I do need to get a D+M kit though.

the problem i was having with my NGK plugs was that once the fouled they were junk, i like the champions because you can burn them out and reuse them for a while.... but once the NGK's foul they seem to be useless and at $8 a pop it can get expensive.

I'd personally never re-use a plug once it's fouled. I've just got another bike and that seems to start on the button all the time so I'm guessing something's not quite right somewhere. Having said that, i have only just got the bike and i can allready see there's a whole host of other things which are definately not right.
