Exactly! The XR50 cap is the same as the CR250. That way if you want some bling get an aftermarket billet one for the XR50 and you will be the snizzy!!!

What year CR or XR cap fits? Just bought an '03 and having the same issue.

I always go by 2000 CR250. The model years are way more than that, but I know that one works. I like the UFO brand of caps.
