Is there any way to make my moto 440 a kick start?

Pretty much no way no how... unless you put another brand motor in there.

I don'y know that I would say no way, it would be very odd but it might be possible to build something off of the one way bearing opposite the starter? but why? you still need a battery for the EFI, by the time you put a kicker on, what ever hardware you need to make it work, you probably didn't save anything in weight.

Weight savings wouldn't make it worth it, but having a backup would be nice.

Ill bet you could fabricate a pull starter on the flywheel . The only issue if needing a kick starter for a dead battery perhaps? Is that it still will not start as the fuel pump and ecu will not have enough power to function. Good charging system and battery maintanence is key on machines like ours.

Hmm I just like the reliability of a kick start vs electric.

Come to think of it, I can't place a single fuel injected bike that has a kick starter...
