When you try to start it make sure you stab the button quickly two times to prime the fuel system. Otherwise it won't start well and there is plug fouling potential. Make sure you have a CR8EK or CR8EIX (Iridium version) in there, they foul less than the 9s....

Correct on spark plug location. Pain to get to.

Oil is personnal preference. We use 5w-30..... No wrong answer here, assuming you are in an average temperature zone, not Antarctica.... smile.gif

Use the oil with the SG rating. Not all the Amsoils have it.

Have you installed new fuel lines lately? Sure all the lines are routed correctly?

If possible can you post pictures of your setup?

Thought i would let anyone know that might read this in regard to batteries. A year ago i bought a battery for the cannondale from cyclegear for around $100 that has a lifetime warranty. Yes you read that right. Like many people the battery only lasted a year and so i took it back to cyclegear and they gave me a brand new one no questions asked.
