Weird sound in motor

Mine makes that same noise I think it might be the chain but I am not sure, I plan on check it again before next ride

My bike makes the same noise. I believe it is the chain.

I had a noise that came up during a practice day at the track that sounded out of the norm and traced it to my chain rubbing on the small guard/bracket that bolts up right near the chain. It can get bent slightly and will actually contact the chain then. It is toward the rear of your quad above the rear brake pedal area....bolted to frame or subframe, trying to go off memory, just woke up............JIM

If you're in the lower RPMs, at light throttle, and the chain's a touch loose, the bottom slack will slap the frame cross tube near the chain roller. This is likely what you're hearing.

Ben it is the chain slapping check the manual fo settings, also the day you got it the rear master cylinder cover was bent and hitting chain did you fix it?
