Walsh a-arm question

I am running Walsh a-arms and they have a collar in them which lets you run them in stock position or 1" forward.I have had them 1" forward from day 1 and I am wondering what the effects would be if I moved them back?Increase in traction?Decrease? Poor handling?:confused:

moving them back will transfer more weight to the front giving the front tires more bite.moving them forward transfers a little off the front and to the rear a little
