Was able to get it tight enough w/my hand to finish the lap and do a quick tightening and still win the class, but not by much.

Are you bending the lock washer? It should keep the nut from spinning loose.

Yes I am actually. I've done everything I can think of and it still comes loose after a couple hours or hard day of riding.

Can't say that this has happened to me...
Which way did you install the sprocket? Writing on the inside or outside?

I am wondering how this is possible with the lockwasher being bent and it having groves to keep it from turning. I could see it happening with the washer. One idea I was looking into was the rear hub nut for a z400 will work. It is a castle nut. I am wondering about possibly drilling a hole through that shaft putting the castle nut on then a cotter pin.

I tried both ways since they were identical. I grinded down the sprocket a little and had it revved a lot and rode around earlier and it's still tight so I'll see if that's working. Just need to find a 15t sprocket now, but it looks like $65 will be sent to Sprocket Specialists for a custom made one.

I think a 15t requires some modification to fit on the quads but I'm pretty sure quite a few people have done it.
